Next-Generation Gel Development – Major Progress Update

We’ve been pushing hard every day to finalize our next-generation gels, and like all our large-scale projects, this has presented its fair share of challenges. However, this is not just a tweaked formula—we have completely redesigned the composition from the ground up. These new gels will feel and perform vastly different from anything currently available, offering unparalleled accuracy, durability, and game-changing enhancements to gel ball gameplay.

Not only have we had to invest significant time and resources into developing the necessary materials, but we’ve also had to engineer a brand-new, highly precise production process to create these gels. This innovative manufacturing method ensures that each gel ball is made with absolute consistency, eliminating common irregularities that affect flight performance. Every single gel ball is individually imaged and analyzed during production, allowing us to achieve a staggeringly precise 7.25mm ±0.05mm size tolerance—making them the most accurate gel balls ever produced.

A Revolutionary Approach to Gel Ball Manufacturing

Creating this new gel required more than just new materials—it required an entirely new way to manufacture them. Traditional gel balls swell in water, but our process ensures that each ball is engineered for extreme durability, stability, and consistency from start to finish.

• We developed a two-part system to store the gel mixture separately from the reactive components, allowing controlled, on-demand formation of each gel ball.
• A precision droplet generator forms perfectly spherical gels, which then travel through a Closed loop flow system where their structure is locked into place.
• The unique hardening mechanism ensures that the outer shell instantly solidifies upon contact with water, giving these gels their signature durability and strength.
• After initial hardening, the gels pass through a high-intensity curing chamber, ensuring their final structure is set for maximum resilience, complete inside and out hardening and long-term stability.
• A continuous quality control system scans each gel ball, rejecting any that don’t meet strict size and shape standards.

This highly controlled process guarantees that every gel ball is identical in size, shape, and density, setting a new standard for accuracy and reliability in gel ball technology.

Three Specialized Versions for Next-Level Gameplay

We’re launching three versions of these advanced gels to enhance the gel ball experience like never before:

🔴 Red Glow Gels – High-visibility in low light, perfect for team-based night battles.
🔵 Blue Glow Gels – A counterpart to red, ideal for team-based identification and refereeing.
⚪ High-Visibility White Gels – Easy to track in daylight, ensuring improved shot visibility and accuracy.

The glow gels are game-changing for referees and spectators, making it easier than ever to track shots, confirm hits, and follow the action in real-time. This isn’t just an aesthetic upgrade—it’s a functional improvement that will make gameplay more immersive, strategic, and competitive.

Performance Enhancements Beyond Just Accuracy

While improved size consistency is a major leap forward, the benefits of these gels go far beyond that:

✔️ Increased Weight & Density – These gels carry more mass, increasing range, impact stability, and wind resistance. Sniper rifles will finally be a valid playstyle, as the improved accuracy and long-range performance rival those of Airsoft.

✔️ Durability Like Never Before – Unlike traditional gel balls, these warp far less on initial acceleration ensuring more consistent shot performance. Players will notice far less reduced breakage inside barrels, leading to better reliability across all blasters.

✔️ Lower Usage, Higher Accuracy – While these gels will be more premium than standard options, the increased accuracy means you will need far fewer per game, making them more cost-effective in the long run.

✔️ Highly Controlled Curing & Hardening – Our state-of-the-art solidification process ensures a strong, rubber-like structure, making these gels far tougher than anything before while still being a hydrogel.

We are now finalizing the production process and fine-tuning the consistency to ensure these gels exceed our expectations in every test. Once we are satisfied with their final performance, we will be sending out samples to select stores and players for early feedback.
