Aztech Gels - Looks like we are going to have to do it ourselves

Since it seems the usual suppliers of gels arent going to take the time to make actually very hard gels and just as hard glow gels we are doing it ourselves. This is a massive undertaking but I think I speak for us all when I say that we deserve this.

The way our current gels perform is not the best and that is due to the fact that the current gels vibrate a great deal in the air after getting hit hard by the burst of air much like a golf ball being hit and we dont have the added benefit of dimples like a golf ball to essentially hide the deformation.

So what are we doing about it? We are sparing no expense when it comes to the chemicals used. If the chemical composition calls for a certain chemical to be used that makes them denser and harder but it is expensive, we are going to use it. We know that players want this whether that is for competition or for general play as it directly affects accuracy.

Also another type that is sorely missing is very hard glow gels. There are none currently on the market so we are actually starting with this and aiming to offer it in various colours which will definitely aid competition play as you will easily be able to see gels from different teams using say red or green.

Not only are we using a formula to ensure an extremely hard gel, the composition is such that it will not grow as much as current gels being only 2x growth. The new composition has many benefits including;

1. More consistent sizing increasing accuracy
2. Denser and heavier  increasing range
3. Harder gel increasing accuracy
4. Actually hard glow gels meaning you can use glow gels with modified blasters

We have also developed a new way of manufacturing the gels which we will be doing right here unlike current retailers just rebadging gels from the same 2 factories. While we wont be sharing how we make them, we will be making them right here on the gold coast and keeping a close eye on QC using automated systems. It is a closed loop system that is fully integrated so humidity doesnt  come into it.

Testing will continue for the next 2 weeks while we setup manufacturing.
