Aztechs Xtreme speed plates are the next generation of gear box tappet plates.
These tappet plates are pre tuned to suit high speed rate of fire. Where a normal tappet plate needs to be cut and tuned to improve feeding of gels for high speed builds. These tappets are available in different profiles to allow for easier tappet plate tuning for reliable feeding.
Made fromPolyoxymethylene(POM)which is often called the “unbreakable plastic”. It is an engineeringthermoplasticused in precision parts requiring high stiffness, low frictionand excellent dimensional stability
On the APS SDU2.0 mosfet gearbox you may have to shave.2mm off the underside at the nozzle pick up end if it is a little too tight for the standard gearbox tappet channel.

Lower speed – up to 33 rps Green tappet (full size tab)

Currently I am building a replica of my issued rifle I used in Afghanistan and Iraq with the ISAF in 2001-2003. It was a modified SR25, but not an M110, a sort of field modification that had to done to keep it in operation. Due to the nature of the receiver area being larger for 7.62 replication, gearbox and fittings are all “Suck it and see” tactics. I have my eye on the adjustable “T” piece 😉 and then I have to find the right type of front stock around 26 to 30 cm. I can cut and fit as needed.
This tappet plate looks to be really good for clearances and strength for the nozzle, it is only a semi auto, so the ROF is not as important but I can over ride this and go to full auto if I so wish 🙂 Thanks for the great service, it is hell in SA with so many fields closed, but I am not about to give up yet. Have licence, maybe I’ll get a .22 target rifle and take up target shooting or something as well.
