Aztech Innovations have done it again! Designing this pinion from the ground up to improve it in every way. The tooth design is designed to make it as efficient, super strong and quiet as possible. The increase diameter of the shaft enables it to use a much larger M3 size grub screw meaning you will be able to make sure it is tightened harder on the motor shaft and not strip those tiny allen keys all the time. It also means there is more contact area for loctite to hold. The grub screw will be the torx type meaning extra ability for tightening and come with the torx key to suit.
The bevelled area on the larger shaft also means that for assembly, you adjust the motor up all the way till the bevel hits the bevel gear (while not running) then back it off one turn for the perfect alignment.
Made of SCM440, then quenched, tempered and then nitride treatment means this pinion is the strongest pinion on the market bar none!
